1. Brief and quote
Send photos or plans, the rooms, a style and your deadline. We check what's missing and send a written quote with the scope, revision rounds and delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. First draft
For staging and previews, you get each room in the agreed style. For renders, you first approve plain camera previews, then see the textured draft. This is the time to move a sofa, swap a rug or change a color.
3. Revisions
Mark up the drafts with comments or a sketch on the image. We apply changes in the rounds your quote includes, and price any extra rounds before doing them.
4. Delivery
Final images arrive as full resolution JPEGs, with MLS, print and social sizes if you ask. Staged and restyled photos come paired with their originals.
